Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift 25 lbs
- ability to bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- possess written and verbal communication skills
- organizational and time management skills
- good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties
- Prepare food according to restaurant specifications
- maintain appropriate supply levels of food product
- protect the quality and safety of food product
- assist other team members
- perform any reasonable request from management
- maintain a safe and clean environment including general cleaning and equipment cleaning
- organize and clean storage areas
- assist the dishwasher when necessary
