The company is currently seeking motivated individuals to join its team as Kitchen Crew Members. This is an hourly position, offering competitive compensation at a rate of $20 per hour. The role is essential to the operations department, supporting the back of the house to ensure smooth daily restaurant functions and the timely delivery of high-quality food to customers. Kitchen Crew Members at Ono Hawaiian BBQ are responsible for a variety of tasks, including food preparation using fresh ingredients, maintaining food quality and portion control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety codes. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties
- understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures
- understand and comply with company policies and procedures
- understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline
- perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline
- prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers
- maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks
- maintain regular and punctual attendance
