This opportunity is for a full time or part time Kitchen Cook position, ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and are passionate about food preparation. The Kitchen Cook will play an essential role in the back-of-house (BOH) team, responsible for preparing food items according to precise recipes and presentation standards while maintaining the highest levels of sanitation and safety. This role is critical in meeting or exceeding hospitality and service standards, as the quality and timeliness of food preparation directly impact the customer experience. The successful candidate must be capable of efficiently managing food preparation tasks to meet quantity and deadline requirements during busy service periods.
The Kitchen Cook’s responsibilities include preparing all food items in a sanitary and timely manner, operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of their work station. A key component of this role is adhering strictly to all food production codes and sanitation regulations to ensure safe food handling practices. Additionally, the cook will assist with restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift and support overall kitchen organization. Job Requirements

- previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- basic math skills
