By emphasizing kindness, health, and eco-consciousness, SCP has cultivated a unique culture that attracts team members and guests who share a commitment to these values. Their venues are not only spaces to enjoy but platforms for promoting sustainable living and positive social impact. SCP's Redmond property embodies this mission through its Provisions Market, a chef-driven kitchen offering fresh, locally sourced cuisine inspired by the vibrant bounty of Central Oregon.

The Kitchen Cook role at SCP Redmond is a full-time position with an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $22, dependent on experience and skill level, with additional opportunities for career advancement within the culinary and hospitality sectors. This role offers a $500 sign-on bonus upon completion of 60 days of employment in good standing. Working the PM shift from 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm, the successful candidate will be integral to a fast-paced, community-focused environment that prioritizes quality, sustainability, and teamwork. Kitchen Cooks will be expected to prepare a variety of cold and hot dishes with precision and care, maintaining strict adherence to food safety standards and SCP’s core values of being healthy, kind, and green. They will collaborate closely with management and team members to promote a positive culture, uphold sanitation and safety standards, and contribute to the overall guest experience.

This position calls for someone passionate about using fresh, local ingredients and eager to work in a kitchen where craftsmanship and sustainability are paramount. The role involves station setup, ingredient selection, preparation, cooking, and plating according to specific restaurant standards, along with routine cleaning and kitchen maintenance duties. Candidates will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health department regulations and food safety hygiene standards, reporting any accidents, and staying current with safety policies including OSHA regulations. SCP provides a supportive environment that values ongoing learning and growth, helping team members embody the SCP mission while delivering exceptional food and service in a socially and environmentally responsible setting.
