Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Working in a high volume kitchen for at least 2 years
  • Must possess the ability to obtain a Minnesota Racing Commission gaming license
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, kneeling, crouching, twisting, bending and lifting
  • Ability to lift up to 35 to 50lbs regularly
  • Must be able to work in a crowded, noisy, hot and humid environment

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Working in a high volume kitchen for at least 2 years

Job Duties

  • Following instructions of the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
  • Preparing orders quickly and efficiently to menu spec
  • Rotates inventory and ensures freshness of product at all times
  • Refill items that require prepping and make sure stations are stocked
  • Ability to prepare all recipes pertaining to current food menu
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the current menu items for all stations
  • Use creativity with specials
  • Knowledgeable on all equipment and how to clean them
  • RTI filtering fryers on a consistent basis
  • Ensure setup for the following shift is complete
