Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid Food Handlers Card
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
- previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- follow recipe specifications and portion food products according to company standards
- maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions, and food safety
- fill and re-stock front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks
- ensure all prepared food items are weighed, labeled, dated, packaged and rotated according to company standards
- follow procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation and all saved recall transactions
- take food orders in person and by telephone
