Full-time employees benefit from a comprehensive package that includes medical insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. Additional perks such as paid sick leave, complimentary meals during shifts, employee merchandise discounts, complimentary parking, and golf privileges further enhance the overall employment experience.
