Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive impression
- Collect and process orders accurately using the POS system
- Learn and advocate for the entire menu including dressings and specials
- Cook wings, chicken strips, and fries maintaining safety standards
- Measure portions and sauces per Wingstop specifications
- Coordinate cooking to ensure freshness and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen and workstations
- Filter and refresh fryer oil daily following safety guidelines
- Assist team members and follow supervisor instructions
- Address guest concerns courteously and escalate when necessary
- Practice food safety, hygiene, and careful use of cleaning chemicals
