Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and push or pull up to 250 lbs
  • Willingness to work in an environment with exposure to hot, cold, and potentially hazardous materials
  • Successful completion of onboarding and e-learning within 30 days of hire
  • Compliance with company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of professional cooking experience in the food industry
  • Successful completion of kitchen operation training
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to work flexible schedules based on business needs
  • Commitment to team-oriented work style and excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare food in a careful, clean, neat, and expedient manner
  • Display products ensuring all items are fresh, rotated, and well-stocked
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting and answering questions
  • Work with the kitchen manager to plan daily meals or menus
  • Maintain sanitation standards and follow proper food handling practices
  • Monitor cooler and display temperatures and report refrigeration issues
  • Restock supply items efficiently to minimize waste
