Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to follow instructions
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and push or pull up to 250 lbs
- Willingness to work in an environment with exposure to hot, cold, and potentially hazardous materials
- Successful completion of onboarding and e-learning within 30 days of hire
- Compliance with company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of professional cooking experience in the food industry
- Successful completion of kitchen operation training
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on business needs
- Commitment to team-oriented work style and excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare food in a careful, clean, neat, and expedient manner
- Display products ensuring all items are fresh, rotated, and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting and answering questions
- Work with the kitchen manager to plan daily meals or menus
- Maintain sanitation standards and follow proper food handling practices
- Monitor cooler and display temperatures and report refrigeration issues
- Restock supply items efficiently to minimize waste
