Job Requirements
- attaining a high school diploma or its equivalent is favored
- former engagement as a cook or in a relevant culinary capacity
- familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- ability to obtain essential certification for food safety if not already secured
- foundational skills in mathematics and counting
- proficiency in communication and working well in a team
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly

Job Duties

- safely operate a range of kitchen tools and appliances, including knives, ovens, stovetops, and mixers, to prevent accidents or injuries
- prepare and cook dishes through baking, broiling, roasting, steaming, and other culinary processes
- present and distribute meals according to specific standards for their appearance and quantity
- abide by the recommended food safety protocols and store food in the appropriate manner
