Job Requirements
- Previous experience in high-volume kitchen, commissary, ghost kitchen, or production cooking environment preferred
- current ServSafe certification required
- strong understanding of ServSafe, state, and local food safety and sanitation regulations
- experience with HACCP procedures and kitchen compliance documentation preferred
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- strong communication and leadership abilities

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and production specifications
- maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards across all menu items
- execute high-volume production efficiently while maintaining food quality standards
- monitor ticket times and production flow to support operational efficiency
- assist with prep production, station setup, and line execution as needed
- ensure all food is properly stored, rotated, labeled, and handled according to food safety standards
- lead kitchen staff by example through professionalism, urgency, and accountability
