The Kitchen Compliance Lead Cook role at Imperial is an essential leadership position within a fast-paced ghost kitchen environment. Job Qualifications

- Current ServSafe Certification required
- Strong understanding of ServSafe, state, and local food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience with HACCP procedures and kitchen compliance documentation preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience leading kitchen teams or shifts preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and production specifications
- Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards across all menu items
- Execute high-volume production efficiently while maintaining food quality standards
- Monitor ticket times and production flow to support operational efficiency
- Assist with prep production, station setup, and line execution as needed
- Ensure all food is properly stored, rotated, labeled, and handled according to food safety standards
- Lead kitchen staff by example through professionalism, urgency, and accountability
- Support training and coaching of cooks and prep staff on food safety procedures and operational standards
- Assist with onboarding new kitchen employees on sanitation and compliance expectations
- Communicate production needs, shortages, and operational concerns to management
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and team-oriented kitchen culture
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure workstations, prep areas, storage areas, and equipment meet sanitation standards
- Monitor cleaning schedules and verify completion of assigned cleaning tasks
- Ensure proper chemical handling and storage procedures are followed
- Support end-of-day cleaning and kitchen closing procedure
