Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist cooks with food preparation and making specific dishes
- Re-stock front counter items including utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks
- Follow company procedures for voids, refunds, and transaction cancellations
- Take food orders in person and by telephone
- Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Engage warmly with customers to enhance their experience
