Job Qualifications
- valid Food Handlers Card
- customer service experience
- retail experience desirable
Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service and cash handling
- assist cooks with preparing specific dishes
- fill and restock front counter utensils and supplies
- follow procedures for voids, refunds, and transaction cancellations
- take food orders in person and by telephone
- maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and food safety
- demonstrate personal customer service excellence and engage with customers
- improve speed and efficiency of service
