Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Food Handlers Card
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work standing for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- previous customer service or retail experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide excellent results with persistence and perseverance
- demonstrate care and compassion for people while building positive team relationships
- maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions, and food safety
- assist cooks with making specific dishes
- fill and restock front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks
- follow procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation, and all saved recall transactions
- take food orders in person and by telephone
- demonstrate personal customer service excellence and engage with customers at all times
- improve speed and efficiency of service provided
