Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
- Ability to operate kitchen machines and equipment, including POS software and dishwashers
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to support bartender functions without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- Ability to clean and maintain assigned work areas
- Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older

- Effective communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to support bartender functions without handling alcoholic beverages
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
- Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
- Maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
- Deliver food and assist guests as needed
- Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times
- Promote the Drury culture with customers and co-workers
- Support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- Have general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer questions
