The Kitchen Crew Member role at Drury Hotels in Chattanooga offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food preparation, guest interaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. This position is integral to the guest experience, ensuring that food products are prepared according to recipe cards using kitchen equipment and utensils efficiently and correctly. The Kitchen Crew Member acts as an ambassador of the Drury culture, delivering service with integrity and hospitality while also having a basic knowledge of the hotel, local area, and events to assist guests with information.

This role requires working under general supervision and demands flexibility, teamwork, and attentiveness. Employees are expected to communicate effectively with both customers and team members, handle equipment including POS software and kitchen machines, and assist bartenders without handling alcoholic beverages.   • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
  • Ability to operate kitchen machines and equipment, including POS software and dishwashers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to support bartender functions without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to clean and maintain assigned work areas
  • Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas

Job Qualifications
