Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
  • Ability to operate kitchen machines and equipment, including POS software and dishwashers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to support bartender functions without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to clean and maintain assigned work areas
  • Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
  • Ability to operate kitchen machines and equipment, including POS software and dishwashers
  • Effective communication skills with customers and team members
  • Ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically while maintaining professionalism
  • Ability to support bartender functions without handling alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
  • Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
  • Maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
  • Deliver food and assist guests as needed
  • Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times
  • Promote the Drury culture with customers and co-workers
  • Support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Have general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer questions
