We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled baker to join our baking team. This role is integral to our daily operations, responsible for producing delicious baked goods that consistently meet our high organic standards. The position is full-time, with a schedule from Friday to Tuesday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, offering a starting salary of $32,032 per year. As part of this role, you will work closely with fellow bakers to keep our shelves stocked with fresh and appealing products, apply precise baking techniques, and uphold rigorous sanitation and food safety standards. An ideal candidate is not only experienced in a commercial kitchen but also demonstrates a proactive approach through self-management and teamwork. Physical stamina is essential, as the job requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift and carry heavy items. Job Requirements
- experience in baking within a commercial kitchen setting
- possession of a current Oregon food handlers card
- ability to work as part of a team and independently
- excellent physical stamina including standing for long periods
- ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds
- strong work ethic with high productivity
- willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs

Job Duties
- work closely with the other bakers to produce great products and keep shelves full
- use appropriate baking techniques to achieve high quality products
- use accurate kitchen math and measurements to adjust quantities of recipes
- plan your day so needed items and tasks are completed efficiently while still being flexible to change if needed
- know and follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
