Job Requirements

  • experience in baking within a commercial kitchen setting
  • possession of a current Oregon food handlers card
  • ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • excellent physical stamina including standing for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds
  • strong work ethic with high productivity
  • willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs

Job Qualifications

  • baking experience in a commercial kitchen
  • great work ethic and very productive
  • current oregon food handlers card
  • team player and willing to learn
  • self starter and self manager always looking for where they can help
  • able to stand for long periods
  • capable of lifting and carrying items up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

  • work closely with the other bakers to produce great products and keep shelves full
  • use appropriate baking techniques to achieve high quality products
  • use accurate kitchen math and measurements to adjust quantities of recipes
  • plan your day so needed items and tasks are completed efficiently while still being flexible to change if needed
  • know and follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • safe knife skills
