We are seeking a motivated and experienced baker to join our dynamic baking team. This role is perfect for someone who loves baking and has experience working in a commercial kitchen setting. The position is scheduled from Friday to Tuesday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, offering a consistent work routine that supports work-life balance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be highly productive, and demonstrate the ability to work well within a team while also taking initiative and managing their tasks independently.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with other bakers to produce high-quality bakery products and ensure our shelves are consistently well-stocked. Your ability to apply appropriate baking techniques and kitchen math will be essential for maintaining the excellent standards our customers expect. The role requires planning and prioritization skills to complete daily tasks efficiently while remaining adaptable to changing needs. Additionally, food safety and sanitation are paramount, so adherence to proper procedures is required. Physical endurance and strength are also important, as the role involves standing for long periods and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
