Job Duties
- Cooking and preparing food items following production guidelines
- Laying out workstation with necessary equipment and ingredients
- Measuring, weighing, blending, cutting, trimming, and peeling food items
- Handling kitchen utensils and equipment safely
- Using various cooking methods such as baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming
- Systematizing, garnishing, and portioning meals according to guidelines
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of workstations and utensils
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation policies
- Protecting company assets and following safety protocols
