Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen work
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately

  • Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking

Job Duties

  • Cooking and preparing food items following production guidelines
  • Laying out workstation with necessary equipment and ingredients
  • Measuring, weighing, blending, cutting, trimming, and peeling food items
  • Handling kitchen utensils and equipment safely
  • Using various cooking methods such as baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming
  • Systematizing, garnishing, and portioning meals according to guidelines
  • Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of workstations and utensils
  • Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation policies
  • Protecting company assets and following safety protocols
