The role of Kitchen Associate at Parker's Kitchen is an essential position supporting the kitchen operations team. This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, preparing food and beverage items according to company recipes or customer specifications, and maintaining clean and safe kitchen and service areas. As a Kitchen Associate, you will interact with customers and employees respectfully, embodying the company's core values and contributing to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Collaboration is crucial in this role, as you'll work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and smooth workflow. You'll also assist in inventory management by helping with receiving and storing food and supplies while promptly communicating any issues to supervisors. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods ranging from 8 to 10 hours
  • Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing and reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in environments with wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Stock food and beverage areas with products and supplies to ensure in stock conditions at all times
  • Complete cleanliness tasks to ensure all food and beverage service areas are free of residue, debris and spills
  • Adhere to the Safety and Health Policy to maintain a safe and compliant environment
