As a Kitchen Associate at Parker's Kitchen, you will be an integral part of the kitchen operations team, tasked with supporting daily food preparation and beverage service while upholding excellent customer service standards and maintaining general kitchen cleanliness. This responsibility includes meticulous cleaning to eliminate residue, debris, and spills, reinforcing a safe and compliant kitchen area. Physically, this position requires stamina and strength, including the ability to stand for long periods, push or pull items up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive movements such as bending and reaching. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods ranging from 8 to 10 hours
- Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to multitask perform repeated bending standing and reaching
- Comfortable working in environments with wet floors temperature fluctuations and loud noise levels
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service role is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and food safety guidelines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and stocking inventory
- Positive attitude with a commitment to customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties

- Complete cleanliness tasks to ensure all food and beverage service areas are free of any residue, debris and spills
- Adhere to the Safety and Health Policy to maintain a safe and compliant environment
