Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in restaurant, brewery, winery, or food service preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Possess or obtain a valid California Food Handler Card
- Knowledge of or ability to learn local, state, and federal health and sanitation regulations
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing approximately 25-50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to work in crowded and confined kitchen spaces
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company grooming and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior restaurant, brewery, winery, or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Demonstrate general kitchen knowledge and food preparation skills
- Pizza making and dough production experience is a plus
- Complete daily prep work and station setup
- Follow recipes, checklists, and standard operating procedures
- Maintain knowledge of current menu items and ingredients
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and concerns
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times
- Attend required trainings and team meetings
- Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and assist with coverage as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
