Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s card
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable, positive, and professional under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume or scratch kitchens
  • Pizza-making experience a plus (training provided)
  • Natural leadership qualities and strong communication skills
  • Desire to advance into a Kitchen Manager-on-Duty role
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s card
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods
  • Reliable, positive, and professional under pressure
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Execute menu items with precision, speed, and consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Complete daily prep work and uphold food safety standards
  • Support a culture of teamwork and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Learn and follow Fieldwork’s recipes and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain full knowledge of ingredients and menu offerings
  • Engage with management and take part in ongoing training and development
  • Be flexible and available for nights, weekends, and holidays
