Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s card
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Able to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable, positive, and professional under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume or scratch kitchens
- Pizza-making experience a plus (training provided)
- Natural leadership qualities and strong communication skills
- Desire to advance into a Kitchen Manager-on-Duty role
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s card
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Execute menu items with precision, speed, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Complete daily prep work and uphold food safety standards
- Support a culture of teamwork and professionalism
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Learn and follow Fieldwork’s recipes and standard operating procedures
- Maintain full knowledge of ingredients and menu offerings
- Engage with management and take part in ongoing training and development
- Be flexible and available for nights, weekends, and holidays
