Job Requirements
- Must have a customer-centric, friendly, service attitude

- ability to perform basic math functions including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing
- ability to stoop, bend, stretch, reach, stack, and lift inventory weighing up to 40 pounds
- ability to hear, understand, and respond to requests and communicate clearly in English
- must have a strong work ethic and ability to cooperate and get along with co-workers

Job Duties
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- provide a quick and outstanding experience for all customers
- respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
- engage each customer genuinely and thank them for their business
- prepare food orders, including conducting a quality check to ensure customers’ orders are correct
- maintain high standards of food service cleanliness and sanitation, food quality, and food and equipment safety by following appropriate policies and procedures
- ensure all food service areas are adequately stocked throughout the shift
- assist in maintaining inventory records and communicate needs to the General Manager
- follow the correct vendor check-in procedures as defined in the operations manual and trained by manager
- monitor and log refrigerator temperatures every 3 hours and report any issues to the General Manager
- complete all shift duties and reports accurately, neatly, and timely
- be responsible for following all company policies, rules, and procedures
- demonstrate teamwork and cooperation with customers and fellow employees
- assume other duties and responsibilities needed to accommodate store operational needs
