Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation or customer service preferred
- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- ability to perform basic math functions including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- provide a quick and outstanding experience for all customers
- respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
- engage each customer genuinely and thank them for their business
- prepare food orders, including conducting a quality check to ensure customers’ orders are correct
- maintain high standards of food service cleanliness and sanitation, food quality, and food and equipment safety by following appropriate policies and procedures
- ensure all food service areas are adequately stocked throughout the shift
- assist in maintaining inventory records and communicate needs to the General Manager
- follow the correct vendor check-in procedures as defined in the operations manual and trained by manager
- monitor and log refrigerator temperatures every 3 hours and report any issues to the General Manager
- complete all shift duties and reports accurately, neatly, and timely
- responsible for following all company policies, rules, and procedures
- demonstrate teamwork and cooperation with customers and fellow employees
- assume other duties and responsibilities needed to accommodate store operational needs
