Job Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods of time
ability to stoop, bend, stretch, reach, stack, and lift inventory weighing up to 40 pounds
must have a customer-centric, friendly, service attitude
ability to hear, understand, and respond to requests clearly
willingness to follow company policies, rules, and procedures
ability to cooperate and get along with co-workers

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food preparation or customer service preferred
knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
ability to perform basic math functions including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
strong communication skills in English
ability to work effectively in a team environment
demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic

Job Duties

Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
provide a quick and outstanding experience for all customers
respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
engage each customer genuinely and thank them for their business
prepare food orders, including conducting a quality check to ensure customers’ orders are correct
maintain high standards of food service cleanliness and sanitation, food quality, and food and equipment safety by following appropriate policies and procedures
ensure all food service areas are adequately stocked throughout the shift
assist in maintaining inventory records and communicate needs to the General Manager
follow the correct vendor check-in procedures as defined in the operations manual and trained by manager
monitor and log refrigerator temperatures every 3 hours and report any issues to the General Manager
complete all shift duties and reports accurately, neatly, and timely
responsible for following all company policies, rules, and procedures
demonstrate teamwork and cooperation with customers and fellow employees
assume other duties and responsibilities needed to accommodate store operational needs
