Job Requirements

Must have a customer-centric, friendly, service attitude
ability to stand for long periods of time
ability to perform basic math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
ability to stoop, bend, stretch, reach, stack, and lift inventory weighing up to 40 pounds
ability to hear, understand, and respond to requests and to communicate information clearly using the English language
must have a strong work ethic and be able to cooperate and get along with co-workers

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
strong communication skills
ability to perform basic math functions including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
ability to work effectively in a team environment
customer-centric attitude
ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
attention to detail in food preparation and presentation

Job Duties

Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
provide a quick and outstanding experience for all customers
respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
engage each customer genuinely and thank them for their business
prepare food orders including conducting quality checks to ensure customers’ orders are correct
maintain high standards of food service cleanliness and sanitation, food quality, and food and equipment safety by following appropriate policies and procedures
ensure all food service areas are adequately stocked throughout the shift
assist in maintaining inventory records and communicate needs to the General Manager
follow the correct vendor check-in procedures as defined in the operations manual and trained by manager
monitor and log refrigerator temperatures every 3 hours and report any issues to the General Manager
complete all shift duties and reports accurately, neatly, and timely
follow all company policies, rules, and procedures
demonstrate teamwork and cooperation with customers and fellow employees
assume other duties and responsibilities needed to accommodate store operational needs
