Job Duties
- Responsible for employee development and accountability
- Oversees food preparation and service for multiple brands including P&P Food, Quiznos, Cinnabon, Little Caesar’s, KKC and Scoops
- Maintains cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the kitchen
- Reports maintenance, customer and personnel issues to upper management
- Collaborates with team members to prepare popular and flavorful food items
- Manages kitchen staff for efficient supply provisioning and purchasing
- Utilizes Date Code Genie data for make quantities and timing decisions
- Ensures waste procedures and portion control to minimize waste
- Conducts consistent quality checks on food preparation and service
- Ensures staff uniform compliance and professional appearance
- Trains personnel on policies, procedures, and expectations
- Manages opening and closing store procedures and paperwork
- Addresses and resolves food quality and service complaints
- Upholds sanitary food handling, cleanliness, and safety regulations
- Provides friendly and competent customer service
- Ensures reliable attendance and fills in for staffing shortages
- Communicates effectively with customers
