The role of Kitchen Assistant Dishwasher at Legend Senior Living is a vital position within the culinary team, contributing directly to the overall dining experience of residents. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a similar position preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to pass a drug screening

Job Duties
- Operating the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
- Emptying dish machine and properly storing clean items
- Cleaning the preparation and service areas according to health code requirements
- Taking all garbage to the dumpster
- Laundering table linens
- Communicating effectively with residents and staff
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
