Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of cooking experience in institutional or commercial kitchen
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve healthy breakfasts and lunches for residents each weekday
- follow special dietary requirements for medically compromised residents
- assist with weekly menu planning
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization including equipment, pantry, and utensils
- create and manage food and supply lists
- follow Texas food service sanitation regulations
- participate in team meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives
