Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or food preparation preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail setting

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Aid clients by responding to their queries and helping them find specific bakery items
  • Meet company requirements by correctly packaging, boxing, and labeling baked goods
  • Ensure work and display areas meet cleanliness and sanitation criteria
  • Guarantee all baked items are displayed attractively and rotated consistently to maintain freshness
  • Adhere to company regulations on food safety and handling protocols
  • Step in to assist colleagues from different departments whenever necessary
  • Keep team leads or managers informed of any equipment or product issues needing attention
