Additionally, the assistant will support the on-site maintenance staff during unit turnovers by cleaning, moving furniture, and removing trash from vacant units. Accuracy in reporting work completed and time spent is expected, underscoring the importance of accountability in this role.

Candidates for this position must possess a high school diploma or GED and obtain a valid Food Handler's Permit from the Tulsa City/County Health Department before beginning work. The job requires physical endurance and mobility, including the capacity to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and identify environmental hazards effectively. Communication skills, especially oral communication, are important to report potential hazards and collaborate with other staff members.
