- Ability to stand for up to 5 hours without rest
- Must adhere to uniform and personal grooming standards

Job Duties
- Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Be able to stand on feet for long hours (up to 5 hours) without rest
- Always adhere to standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming
- Completes duties on opening and closing prep and checklists
- Prepares a variety of food products including salads, pastas, pizzas, and sandwiches
- Prepares all food products in accordance with portion sizes and recipe specifications
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station including tables, shelves, walls, kitchen and refrigeration equipment
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the management
