Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist in food preparation under the guidance of the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor
  • Wash, peel, chop, cut, or portion ingredients as required
  • Help with cooking, baking, grilling, or other kitchen tasks
  • Support with packaging, labeling, and displaying ready-to-eat items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Monitor stock of ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor
  • Dispose of waste properly and ensure cleaning schedules are followed
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers when required
