Job Description
Round One Entertainment Inc. is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in entertainment venues that combine video games, bowling, karaoke, and other interactive activities to create a fun and engaging environment. As a leading operator in the entertainment industry, Round One offers a unique blend of attractions and dining experiences that cater to a wide range of customers, from families and friends to corporate groups and party-goers. The company prides itself on fostering a lively atmosphere where guests can enjoy exceptional service alongside diverse entertainment options. With multiple locations across the country, Round One has established itself as a popular destination for socializing and enjoyment, backed by a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager role at Round One is pivotal to driving the success of the F&B operations within the entertainment complexes. This full-time position requires a leader who is passionate about managing all aspects of food and beverage services, including forecasting, staff management, order planning, and financial oversight. The F&B Manager is responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and customer service. This role demands strong multitasking skills, the ability to handle high-pressure situations, and a keen eye for detail to maximize sales, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
Serving as the face of the F&B department, the manager will oversee day-to-day tasks such as monitoring food preparation methods, portion control, garnishing, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. The manager will also coordinate deliveries and inventory management, verify product quality, and keep the department within budget guidelines. An integral part of the role is to maintain excellent internal and external customer service standards, manage compliance with health and safety regulations, and enforce alcohol service policies. Additionally, the F&B Manager will lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old due to alcohol handling requirements and must be available to work full-time, including nights and weekends. The working environment is a lively bowling center and arcade where noise and activity levels can be high, so the ability to work in such an environment is essential. Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance. Round One values diversity and inclusiveness and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
Round One offers a competitive salary package along with comprehensive benefits such as paid time off (PTO), health, medical, dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company matching. The position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entertaining environment and who is eager to contribute to the success and growth of a vibrant brand. If you are outgoing, friendly, and thrive in a fun setting focusing on exceptional guest experiences, this role is a great fit. Join Round One and be part of a team that creates memorable moments for its customers every day.
