Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
eligible to work in the united states
1+ year of restaurant cooking experience preferred but not required
team-oriented with a passion to succeed

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen is an asset
knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
strong attention to detail and time management skills
good communication skills
enthusiasm for culinary arts and willingness to learn

Job Duties

prepare food items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
assist in the preparation and cooking of various menu items including grilled, sautéed, and fried foods
monitor food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance
collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
support inventory management by reporting shortages and assisting with stock organization
adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen operations
