Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Team-oriented with a passion to succeed
- 1 plus year of restaurant cooking experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic culinary skills related to cooking and food preparation
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing kitchen requirements
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery
- Manage ingredient inventory and assist with stock rotation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in training new kitchen staff
