Golden Corral is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Co-workers in various roles, including Bakers, Buffet Attendants, Grill, Fry, and Hot Cooks, Line Cooks, Hosts/Cashiers, Prep Persons, Meat Cutters, Utility Persons, and Servers. The number and type of opportunities available may vary depending on the specific location. New Co-workers will begin their employment with orientation and training in one specific skill area. Golden Corral’s FastTracks training program enables employees to track their progress as they work toward certification in their chosen position. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to follow food safety standards and company policies

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Basic English reading and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is beneficial

Job Duties

  • Prepare baked goods and maintain bakery area
  • Attend to buffet stations ensuring food is replenished and clean
  • Cook and grill food items according to safety and quality standards
  • Assist diners as host or cashier managing guest check-in and payment
  • Prepare food ingredients and assist with kitchen tasks
  • Cut and prepare meats for cooking and serving
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance duties to maintain a sanitary environment
  • Serve guests with prompt and courteous service
