Job Requirements
- previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- physical stamina to withstand a full shift on their feet
- must obtain/maintain serv safe or state certification
- knowledge/training/certification in kitchen emergencies (first aid, cpr, fires)

Job Duties
- assist with food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen manager or head chef
- prepare all specialty food items (keto, vegan, etc.) by following recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- help front of house by providing excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
- help direct in additional duties such as sweeping, dishes, or garbage
- help front of house with tasks, e.g. box making, bag stamping, & wiping down tables
