Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Work all kitchen stations ensuring preparation and plating of hot and cold foods to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment per health department standards
- Prepare dishes following recipes and yield guides while maintaining solid menu knowledge
- Complete opening duties including work station setup and checking production schedules and pars
- Perform closing duties including food storage, product rotation, cleaning of prep areas and equipment
- Safely identify and use all kitchen equipment
- Plate desserts with attention to detail
