- previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds

- able to work standing for up to 6 hours
- able to use knives and slicing equipment safely

Job Duties
- Complete all assigned prep work
- set up cooks station
- maintain product presentations
- maintain product quality
- maintain cook time standards
- prepare all menu items according to the restaurants recipes, plate presentations and specifications
- set up equipment
- verify stock
- clean cooking equipment
- prepare food items to specification
- maintain a clean work area
- cross-train and learn other stations and positions in the kitchen
