Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment
  • Knowledge of Health Department standards and food safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Work all the stations within the kitchen ensuring the preparation and plating of all hot and cold foods to organization standards
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards
  • Possess solid knowledge of all food products and safely use all kitchen equipment
  • Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
  • Prepare all dishes following recipes and yield guides including plating desserts
  • Complete opening duties including setting up work station with required tools equipment and supplies and checking production schedule and pars
  • Breakdown work station and complete closing duties by returning all food items to proper storage areas rotating all returned product wrapping covering labeling and dating all items being put away straightening up and organizing all storage areas and cleaning and wiping down food prep area and reach in walk ins
