We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated line cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role involves a variety of key responsibilities that contribute directly to the quality and consistency of our dining service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position includes daily preparation for lunch and dinner service, maintaining our signature sourdough starter for fresh bread production, and producing fresh pasta in-house—ensuring that every element of our menu reflects the care and craft our restaurant is known for. Exceptional care will also be required in managing our wood-fired oven, including loading, temperature control, and timing to achieve perfect results.
Additionally, the line cook will be responsible for receiving and breaking down local produce and proteins, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization standards within the kitchen environment, and upholding food safety protocols at all times. While experience in a fine dining, scratch kitchen, or farm-to-table setting is preferred, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in their culinary skills.
