- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or food service environment
- Certification in food safety or ServSafe
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes and portion guidelines
- Cook and assemble dishes in accordance with established quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Support the training of new kitchen team members as needed
