Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- eligible to work in the united states
- 1 plus year of restaurant cooking experience preferred but not required
- team-oriented with a passion to succeed
- comply with all food safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking experience in a restaurant environment is advantageous
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- good communication and teamwork skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
- willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Job Duties
- prepare food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- assist with receiving and storing food supplies
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service
- follow all food safety and sanitation policies
- support kitchen leadership with daily operational tasks
