Job Requirements
- at least five years of progressive culinary experience or a culinary graduate with at least one year of experience in a hotel or related field
- food handlers certification required (must comply with state requirements)
- able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
- a strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
Job Qualifications
- culinary graduate with at least one year of experience in a hotel or related field
- previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational and leadership abilities

- lead and assist kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and consistently deliver high-quality food and service
- anticipate challenges and resolve issues proactively to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
- share information effectively and address concerns from co-workers and guests with professionalism and clarity
- keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized, always meeting sanitation and safety standards
- take initiative by anticipating needs and acting before issues arise, keeping service seamless
- manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point
