Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees
- ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25lbs without assistance
- valid U.S. Driver's License
- successful background and drug screening
- commitment to follow company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bartending or customer service experience a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- ability to operate bar equipment
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- basic math skills for measuring and portion control
- availability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
Job Duties
- Greets and interacts with guests
- answers questions
- takes orders
- delivers drinks
- ensures guest satisfaction
- ensures alcohol is served responsibly by adhering to service limits and portion control processes
- prepares drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- validates minimum age for alcohol consumption prior to serving
- maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures
- assists other departments when needed
- maintains cleanliness and condition of bar equipment and tools following set-up guidelines
- welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
- interacts professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests
- contributes to team goals
- follows company policies and safety procedures
