The position of Kiosk Bartender at Hyatt Vacation Club is a part-time, seasonal role with an hourly rate of $18.30. The role offers 1st and 2nd shift availability with weekend and holiday work being required. The Kiosk Bartender plays a critical role in enhancing the guest experience by providing excellent beverage service in a social and welcoming environment. The primary responsibility is to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for each guest through attentive service, adherence to company policies, and maintaining clean and orderly workspaces.

As a Kiosk Bartender, you will greet guests warmly, respond to their inquiries, take orders, and deliver drinks with professionalism and friendliness. Ensuring responsible service of alcohol is a vital aspect of the role, including adhering to strict service limits, portion control, and verifying that all guests meet the minimum legal age for alcohol consumption. The position requires preparing drinks accurately according to specified recipes using precise measuring systems.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area is crucial. This includes upkeep of equipment such as CO2 lines, soda tanks, and soda guns, as well as cleaning tables and other tools in compliance with hygienic and safety standards. Collaboration with other departments and assisting them as needed is part of the role to ensure guests receive seamless and exemplary service.

Candidates for this role must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Physical demands include the ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. The role also requires lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds without assistance. A valid U.S. Driver’s License is mandatory, and employment is contingent upon successful background and drug screenings as per company policies and legal requirements.
