Job Duties
- Drive sales to achieve sales plan and key metric performance goals
- Communicate daily sales goals, KPIs, and promotional activities to KCR team
- Lead by example with superior customer service and hands-on skincare product demonstrations
- Observe selling interactions and provide effective feedback for improvement
- Maintain, develop, and oversee Customer Registry Program
- Train and motivate KCRs
- Attend seminars and training management meetings
- Participate in outreach programs to bring business into the store
- Plan and execute incremental events to attract new customers
