Job Duties

  • Drive sales to achieve sales plan and key metric performance goals
  • Communicate daily sales goals, KPIs, and promotional activities to KCR team
  • Lead by example with superior customer service and hands-on skincare product demonstrations
  • Observe selling interactions and provide effective feedback for improvement
  • Maintain, develop, and oversee Customer Registry Program
  • Train and motivate KCRs
  • Attend seminars and training management meetings
  • Participate in outreach programs to bring business into the store
  • Plan and execute incremental events to attract new customers
