The available position is for a Business Manager, a vital role designed for energetic and self-motivated individuals looking to advance their career in skincare retail management. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally within the company while working in an engaging environment focused on sales excellence and customer satisfaction. Business Managers at Kiehl's are responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators and sales plans through daily leadership and hands-on management. This includes coaching and motivating the Kiehl’s Customer Representatives (KCRs), overseeing customer registry programs, and implementing outreach and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example with superior customer service. Business Managers will be involved in organizing and attending seminars and training sessions to stay updated on products, sales techniques, and management strategies. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including working nights, weekends, and holidays, to support ongoing retail activities and special events. Hourly rates for this position range from $18 to $30 depending on location and experience, with final pay rates determined by the retailer, the employer for this role. Job Duties

  • Drive sales to achieve sales plan and key metric performance goals
  • Communicate daily sales goals, KPIs, and promotional activities to KCR team
  • Lead by example with superior customer service and hands-on skincare product demonstrations
  • Observe selling interactions and provide effective feedback for improvement
  • Maintain, develop and oversee Customer Registry Program
  • Train and motivate KCRs
  • Attend seminars and training management meetings
  • Participate in outreach programs to bring business into the store
  • Plan and execute incremental events to attract new customers
