The position available is that of a Kids Party and Events Supervisor. This role is essential for organizing and leading children’s parties and events within the Life Time facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Kids Leader to schedule, train, and coach team members, ensuring all activities and lesson plans are effectively executed. The role involves preparing all supplies and activities before each party, coordinating closely with families to manage registrations and preparations, and maintaining high standards for safety, engagement, and enjoyment. The Kids Party and Events Supervisor will also collaborate with other departments, such as the café and pool staff, to ensure that events are seamless and well-coordinated. This supervisory position requires an individual who is proactive, friendly, and skilled in team management, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for children and their families.

This is an hourly position providing competitive wage starting at $18.75, with potential pay up to $22.25 depending on experience and qualifications. Job Duties

  • Supervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning and setting up party rooms and event spaces
  • Trains and coaches party and event hosts
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure parties run smoothly (Café, pool, etc.)
  • Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and guests while providing supportive supervision of party hosts
  • Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Facilitates organized party and event activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout activities
