The Kids Supervisor - Parents Night Out (PNO) plays an integral role within Life Time by ensuring children have a safe, engaging, and fun experience during Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about working with children and have the creativity and enthusiasm to implement captivating activities that foster learning and play. The Kids Supervisor is responsible for creating an environment that promotes children’s health, safety, and enjoyment, offering interactive activities such as storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games. This person also engages with guests and members in a friendly, professional manner, supporting Life Time's commitment to excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining operational documentation, overseeing cleaning and safety protocols, and promoting Life Time’s Kids programs, products, and services to families.
This position requires certifications related to child safety and care, including First Aid and CPR, which must be obtained within the first 60 days of hire. The Kids Supervisor is expected to complete all necessary training and certifications before beginning work, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. Additionally, the role includes leadership responsibilities such as evaluating team members, providing feedback, and coaching, contributing to an effective and supportive team environment. Job Requirements
- Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
- First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
- Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work

Job Duties
- Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Engages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games
- Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings
- Maintains the operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing
- Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services
- Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed
